Caughlin Family Statement About Robbie Thomas

Mr. Kaufman,

Thank you for the opportunity to speak publicly about our on going horrifying experience with Robbie Thomas. It is with great hope, by doing so, we can prevent another family like ours (unsolved homicide and or missing persons) from going through the level of emotional stress, pain and anger we have and continue to experience at the hands of a man we only met once... for 1-hour...5-years ago. What right does Robbie Thomas have to do this to grieving families who are living in indescribable pain and torment over a murdered and or missing family member? Since we refuse to speak to Robbie Thomas directly, we had made requests to both his now former manager John Ramses and publicly through the media, that Mr. Thomas STOP exploiting our murdered sister, as he continued and continues to treat her like she is a piece of merchandise. As Mr. Ramses's recent media release reveals...he refused and today he still refuses. In the past few months, Robbie Thomas has served us up numerous times to the public, on a plate of vicious lies and slanderous comments, as he scrambles to present acceptable excuses for his behaviour to the public...hoping his ticket sales will improve. The only things my family is guilty of regarding Robbie Thomas is first refusing to sign forms so he could use Karen in one of his books, rejecting his help and terminating any further contact with him. Five years later...we are distraughtly reading on numerous web-sites how Robbie Thomas is involved in Karen's investigation as he was using Karen to promote himself in our hometown of Sarnia. He knows nothing about Karen (victim, ) the investigation or my family, yet he took it upon himself because of a one time meeting to make decisions that only a family member has the right to make. He also told John Ramses he had our permission which Mr. Ramses soon found out was the beginning of a very long list of lies. This is an intrusion our family is having a very difficult time dealing with, as he continues to walk over Karen's grave.

Robbie Thomas is nothing more than a grave robber...a hearse chaser! What better prey for a predator, when his victims can no longer speak for themselves. He rapes murdered and missing child of their dignity when he so arrogantly places their names and faces on posters, web-sites and web-blogs, like products for sale, used to promote himself. Robbie Thomas, cruelly violates the privacy of shattered families...families who live decades under the endless torment of an unsolved murdered or missing child. He continues to attempt to make money off the incomprehensible manner in which their lives were taken and in doing so he spits on their graves. He is nothing more than a boil on the ass of law enforcement, as he dishonestly attempts to gain false credibility with the public by producing false testimonials attached to false names. When he can smell (money) blood in the water, he targets a grieving family and will denounce what the investigating police department told them about their deceased loved one, messing with people's lives in the cruelest and most abusive way possible....attempting to change "their grief." He then heads straight to his computer and starts advertising his next victim for sale, hoping to enhance ticket sales. He is a fraud, a liar, a cheat and he abuses people during their darkest days. He must be stopped!! I hope one day, he will be brought into a court of law and made into an example for all psychic predators. By the way, Robbie Thomas did tell us during our one time meeting, Karen's murder would be solved within 6-months...that was 5-years ago. He doesn't like to discuss this fact. He told John Ramses he solved Karen's murder. Dangerous, dangerous games Robbie Thomas continues to play with other people's lives.

We don't dismiss John Ramses's involvement with this Justice Tour, but we have spoke privately with Mr. Ramses, and we have accepted his apology for his part in the pain he has caused us. We look upon this now that John Ramses did do the right thing in the end and offered further insight into who Robbie Thomas really is. A very dark, self centered, arrogant and greedy individual who will stop at nothing to make money including exploiting murdered and missing children and using the desperation of their families to his advantage.
